This recipe is delightfully tangy, and goes well with SO MANY things! We've used it with spanakopita and chicken skewers to zhuzh up some pre-cooked foods, but the possibilities seem really endless.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lemon, juiced
2 tsp. lemon zest
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped finely
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl (if messy, if not you can just do this in the serving dish) until fully combined. garnish with a sprig of parsley, even adding lemon zest, if desired.
